Greetings. Need help again. 

My wife received her approval for her 10 year card. On receipt of her new card the resident since date was wrong. We sent card back to Phonix with an I 90 but did note write expedite on it. After we sent it off we received the recal notice for her card. Since we sent the card off already we could not return it in the envelope. We followed the instructions and sent the notice we received from Phonix to them in the envelope. To date nothing has been heard from them. Has anyone had this same issue and what has been done. We are trying to talk to them now. Any help or hints.

No helpful hints sorry.

 

Normally it takes them forever to issue replacement cards (up to a year people have waited) But the recall is a special situation. They are being processed rather quickly. See what help if any the phone center can give you. If you are not satisfied and havent heard anything in 30-60 days contact your congressperson for help.
