Hello!

I requested my EAD to be expedited and received this message "As of June 22, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number TxxxxxxxxxxxxxxMSC, is currently not assigned for processing." 

I just want to know what it means.

It means they haven't assigned your expedite case to anybody for review yet. There's currently a significant backlog for an EAD, including expedites.
