question about interview

Hi all,

Simple question I hope.  The practice tests for the interview are all multiple choice.  Can anyone tell me if the questions at the interview are oral, and if so, are they still multiple choice?  The booklet handed out has questions with the correct answer but I can't see the exact exam format in it.

Its gonna be oral. They wont give you the multiple choice option. You will give them the right answer. I practiced every day with the book and the multiple choice online. Good luck.

I downloaded an app that I played in my car every day until the interview. It reads the questions to me and after a few seconds, it tells me all the possible correct responses. I also studied using a flash card app. After a while you will know the answers by heart Just 10 minutes a day. Work extra hard on the questions that you get stuck on.

The questions are oral, he/she will ask you 10 questions about history and government, you must respond at least 6 correctly!

Thanks.  I'm generally fine with the history and most of the civics (history in school was very similar in Canada) but I often struggle with the Presidents, and multiple choice helped.  Memory work it is

If you can (and once you've sufficiently studied all the questions), have someone quiz you on all questions in random order. I found this very helpful because it's different when you're reading the questions yourself vs listening to someone ask them (which is what would happen during your interview). Good luck!

As others said, oral, no multiple choices. Try to diversify the way you study it, so that it's not all about reading. Watching videos on youtube or listening to it on your phone with your eyes closed are other ways that help you remember them and feel at ease. Good luck.

I used youtube as my study guide. They have a lot of random Q&A for the civics test. I also down loaded the audio version and studied it in the car.
