It's already been shown to be outdated a few times (hence some newer amendments).

 

The actual Constitution included counting black people as "3/5" of a person. So yes...it is outdated.

Now that it’s too late refers to that fact that he was already in office when the poll made it clear how America felt. We had a chance in 2012 to oust him, and did not do it.

My friend, President Trump is losing money every day he is in office.  You do realize he has donate 100% of his salary, right?  He doesn’t need any more money.

 

Egotistical jerk, I can get behind that 100%.  Then again, I think that comes with the office.  Obama became one too (can’t say he was one prior, didn’t really know much about him before 2008).  But yes, Trump was one even before he was elected by we the people.

 

Isn’t it amazing, that even 200 years ago, our founding fathers had the foresight to prevent unfair elections? Pretty smart, if you ask me.

 

As for racist... is that why he received the Ellis Island award?  Not buying it.

Yes, theres no way the founding fathers would have guessed what issues would be important in the 21st century. 

Hence the reason why they made the constitution amendable. It has been amended >20 times.

Because it is absolutely accurate. The 2014 poll has shown up again in the last common months with people acting as if it is "new" (including some even saying "New poll" or something similar). It's not new, and there is a newer version with different results.

 

Honestly though this case really doesn't even need any "fact checking". As I said before - The date of the article was literally in the URL. You don't need a fact checker to realize this isn't new information.

A majority of your quotes presents info that is years old.  Are you saying that anything over 2 years old is no longer valid?  Or is it 36 months?  40?

This poll has resurfaced this month on several websites, mistakenly assuming it is new. You took it and ran with it just like they did. But the "covering your bum" bit here is quite entertaining.

If you meant it was "too late" to not reelect him, it would have been "after it was too late" or something in the past tense.

I don't present polls from 4 years ago and speak like they are current events. If I did, please point me to the post so I can correct it. I'll gladly do so and admit I made an error (unlike other people here).

"Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons."

 

Slave were counted as 3/5's of a person. Not black people.
