Hi everyone! Anyone here can answer my question regarding my unmarried 19 y/o daughter who got pregnant (2 months now) after her petition has approved and just paid for her visa just waiting for the next step, can she still come to the US?

Immigrating with a baby could be a problem, agree pregnant is not.

As long as she is single and there is no certificate of marriage, so it is not a problem. She and her baby can go to the US.

The US Consular Officer can approve her baby's visa.

 

There is only one concern regarding to flying while pregnant. If she is 28 weeks pregnant or more, some airlines will deny transportation due to safety reason.
