Where do I have to mail my I 693?

I decided to fill my I 693 after my I 485. I can't find the letter where they asked me for it, therefore I don't know where to mail my medical report. I usually fill to Chicago. Do I have to send it over there as well? I know that I can bring it to my interview but I rather want them to have it ASAP.

Was there any special reason for getting the I693 after you submitted the I485 like getting an RFE?  I am not sure where to send it and make sure it gets to your package, you may be better off holding on to it and sending it if you receive an RFE or taking it to the interview.

No, I actually thought that they will let me know when to do it. Then I received the same courtesy letter letting me know that I did not submitted my I 693. Now it is done and I don't know where I'm supposed to send it.

I also received this courtesy letter today, from my understanding we don't need to mail it. We just need to hold on to our I-693 and bring it with us when we going to our interview.

 

I called to USCIS asked them about it as well, they said the same thing (no need to mail).

 

But i think i will give them a call again tomorrow just to triple check cos the email/sms notification said the I-485 case is on hold and they want to mail them the RFE.

alright, i just called again and still the same answer - don't need to mail them the I-693 and just waiting for the interview notice.  

I tell them but the sms/email said USCIS need me to send them the evidence and Im just worry my case is on hold due to that? And she said that's just the courtesy letter and i dont have to worry, the speed of the status update just depends on the state office.

I see you did received your interview notice. I still dodn't hear anything from them! I'm so worry! Could you share the phone number you use to call them? The only number I have won't let me talking to a real person and send me back to the website all the time.

I believe the interview appointment is depends on your local office, if they have many cases on hand you have to wait longer. 

Have you got the status "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"? If so, when was it?
