You don’t apply for H1B. A company offers you a job and applies for it on your behalf.

In addition to what others posted, H1B visas are for jobs that US employers can't find workers for. There is a large fee associated with H1b.. not all US employers are willing to pay that fee.

If a US employer is ready to sponsor you for H1 B visa then yes, you can apply for it and may also get approved since it is a dual intent visa.

With so many steps and luck involved, even if everything goes in your favor, the earliest you can enter US on a H1B visa is October 2019.

You should be checking the visa bulletin not asking us. The PDs they are processing now for F2A are from June 2016. So you have approximately one year to go, probably a little longer, before your PD is current

Furthermore, your immigrant intent is going to make it hard for you to get a non-immigrant visa.

you have immigrant intent so getting any non immigrant visa is almost nil.

H-1B is a dual intent visa so immigrant intent on this visa is not an obstacle

Yes I know that.:) but the chances of getting h1b visa is zero I guess :,(

Well, that depends on whether or not you have skills US employers need.  There are plenty of H1 visa holders, clearly their chances were not zero. But yes if you don’t have skills that are in demand it’s not likely.

No problem with a H1b, as has been said it is dual intent.
