Yeah I read this. Even Chuck Schumer, and to a lesser degree Nancy Pelosi denounced what Waters said. I think they probably realize this rhetoric isn't good for the Party as a whole, and will likely hurt them going into the midterms. The RNC are already publishing commercials like this;

This exactly what I got from the LA Times article as well. They were basically saying that if you want to keep Republicans in control then this is how you do it.

I agree with their sentiment but I think there's another very possible outcome... 

Rehetoric like water's could very well breed an extremely left wing populist candidate.

I completely agree with you on this as well. It will just snowball and lead to more and more disruptive behavior leading to violence.

I like him alot I do. I actually know 2 people that are from that district that can file absentee ballot from NC due to being military.
