Dear Readers ,

I will first let you know about my storry ..

I came to the US back on december 2001 as student with an F1 Visa , and I was studing until 2003 ,oct 2003 I stoped going to college , what made me lose my Students status , then I met My Fiancé , For some reason I got detained by INS then Removed from US back to my Home country on Nov 17, 2004, ( the only reason that I got deported for is that I became Illegal ) I still Have clean Record ...

I lost contact with My fiancé while I was INS guest , after I went back to my home country I got in touch with my fiancé ,then she came to visit me in my country and we planed to get married , she didn't have the required document's so I told her to go back to the US and to find out if she can file the I-129f ..

She is comming back to mmary me In My home country

This is the question do I have chances to have the I-129f approved and I-130 for K-3 , is there anything else that I can do .. do I have chances to come back to USA ..

thanks for reading me

should I file I-212 and I-601 befor the I-129F is approved or after , or may be after Visa denial

Do I have any chances

I'm not too sure, but I thought once one had been deported they likely were barred from entering the US for minimum 3 years.

I'm confused about what you are saying though. You half to be married to file for the Cr1 or K3. It looks like all you can do is file the appropriate forms and wait for a decision. However a lawyer may be a good idea in your situation.

Have your fiancee consult an immigration lawyer. You can contact one good immigration lawyer, send me a personal message, if you want the lawyer's email address.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Are you saying that you were deported without knowing why and without being told the consequences following your deportation?.......even though you were detained by ISN as their guest?:wacko:

Marriage is a serious commitment. It is stressful enough under the normal immigration process for both parties.........God knows my heart is hanging out of my chest (L) I miss my husband sooooooo much. (L):luv:(L)

Please try to get your deportation stuff sorted out before taking a wife and putting her & yourself through unnecessary heartadche as well as the immigration timeline rollercoaster.

Good Luck.

I feel Good...........like the moon is shining just for me!
