Hello,

I received my I-797 on June 20 (dated June 13) saying my condition is extended for 18 months. I looked up my case status online using the provided Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx. But it said :

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

Does anybody know how long it take for info to be available online?

Thank you so much! In the Verify your identity, they ask for DOS ID Number, Do you know what it is by any chance? Is it the Receipt Number?

Unfortunately, I do not. I tried it with a new account here but it didn't take the receipt number. I was not required to enter this, though...just logging back in took me to the dashboard and let me add the cases there.

Wait for your biometrics letter and use the receipt number that is on that letter instead.

same here but Its my N400 application. I complete everything just wait for interview to be scheduled. Anyone has the same situation?

Me! for my N400 also. Last time I checked a few weeks ago I got the "we are processing your case and have no updates". Now it's "USCIS cannot provide updates on your case at this time". Hmm.

Me too. I completed background check in June and am waiting for interview. I got the same error as well. Do you know your local office average processing time for N400?
