HI there, I"m new to this journey and i'm starting my k-1 petition. I came across a few questions that i need some help.

My parents are originally from Laos and Thailand. My parents do not have any paper work of birth place other then knowing the country of birth.

Questions number 24,25, 35,36a ask for town, village and province?

I've tried looking at their neutralization certificates but its not stated. What do i put down for those questions? Do i just put n/a or none?

i really dont think it will be an issue. just put the country.

if you do get an RFE for it they re going to have to figure out where they were born..... marriage certificates and passports might have the info, too.

If you ask your parents they should be able to tell you where they are from. You might need someone to decipher where the town, district, and province is. On the other hand good luck with the K1 visa from Laos you will need it. Lately they've been denying most K1 visas. Like most people from here has stated you are better off getting marry and do the i130. Sorry to get off topic here, but it's the truth. You can hit me up if you like more information on the i130.
