If the new job involves choking any chickens, there should be no reason for any stress!

Best of luck to you and don't let those cocks on the jobs get to ya! ;)

What kind of money problems? Money has gone missing and they want to blame the Mexican?

since the 300+ hispanics quit.. they have been struggling to hire american workers.. cuz they don't last long and well, since most of them are new, their work is bad, they have been getting a lot of returns from the buyers, and their production has been low lately (they usually processed 16,000 hogs per shift, now they do tops 14,000, which is random, we usually do 12,000)

Well if they having problems with getting american workers. If they keep this ####### up with nick picking and saying it is policy and always have to hire people cause they get fired or quit, and getting a lot of returns from the buyers, they will soon all be out of a job,

they wont survived.

well.. it looks like I should have listened to the warnings..

Smithfields (where I got fired) is under investigation AGAIN (for like the 4th time) for injustified firings, and some other problems with work accidents - nurses sending people back to work instead of going home-... so, looks like once a chopfukc always a chopfukc with the employees...

a lot of people have told me i should sue them, cuz 2 days before getting fired i had an accident, a pallet jack driver hit my ankle with a pallet, even a report was filed and stuff.. who knows, probly i can get something

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
