So today I went to work, normally... 1 hour later they called me, since im in 'probation' for 90 days (trial period for them)... they told me they found a document falsification.. which I thought, man did I forged a signature or something? no..

thing is, they have their own time, like 5 min ahead of the standard time.. so in one of my paper forms I wrote the time as 3:35... but they said 'oh u were on the floor at 3:40'... so I told them it was a mistake, I took a different stopwatch (we can't wear watches, only stopwatches)... and I didn't mean to do it.. they were like sorry, it's a policy, it's considered falsification.. but omg, they were saying it so bad and so certain, as if I were a freakin criminal.. I felt really humilliated.. cuz I know I make mistakes, but I'm no cheater on my work...

Awww Pedroh, hon, that totally effing sucks.

I'll give you the whole 'you should feel thankful that you didn't spend longer working for those focking azzholes' and 'you deserve better'...but that doesn't take the hurt away :(

But the above it true. I'm a big believer in God closing a door and opening a window.

Pedroh,

I am sorry , but it sounds like those tards you worked for are lame! Perhaps you will find something better where you are treated decently. Sorry to hear your bad news.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

That is really horrible. Has there been any problems with you working there? It sounds to me like they were waiting for you to make any little slip and fire you.

No I didn't.. but, I'm thinking the same.. they are having a bunch of $$$ problems lately..

Still sucks...but sounds like you might be better off if they're that nitpicky. You'd think you'd get warnings before being fired for something so minor.

What kind of money problems? Money has gone missing and they want to blame the Mexican?

since the 300+ hispanics quit.. they have been struggling to hire american workers.. cuz they don't last long and well, since most of them are new, their work is bad, they have been getting a lot of returns from the buyers, and their production has been low lately (they usually processed 16,000 hogs per shift, now they do tops 14,000, which is random, we usually do 12,000)

that's what i asked for.. I was supposed to be written off first.. but they weren't listening at all.. it was an already taken decision..

Sorry about that Pedroh, I'm sure you'll find something better. That was a lame excuse that they used.

¡Buena suerte!
