Just like with the cake...

Nothing like that issue. They were not being asked to prepare food for the white house.  If that same guy couple had just come in and bought cookies , it would never had been an issue.

That would be a transgendered woman. No, transgendered people do whatever makes their gender dysphoria more tolerable.

Then they are gay, not bisexual. Not the same thing.

I agree. Not the same issue. This one is far less troubling IMO.

Logic dictates that there is no way anyone can tolerate everything.  However, the political left loves to promote the message that they do through their identity politics programs.  Of course we know that this is not true as the Left certainly does not tolerate anyone that expresses their own freedom of thought.

Starbucks has every right to ask people to leave. They are just choosing not to.

Not any longer they aren’t.  They had to shut down ops for a day (VERY expensive) just to train their people not to eject customers.  At least not the black loiterers.

That was their choice. There was no legal requirement to make that decision. They didn't "have to" do it.

Isn’t it closer to 1 in 1,000?  Either way.  0.17% or 0.02% of the population.  Only been around for about 40 years.  A genetic aberration?  Or was it just ignored/missed prior to that?  Or perhaps a result of Benzedrine use in the 1930’s?

Try more like 70 years since it was described.

Obviously that doesn't mean it "wasn't around" before then...

Yeah yeah, my math at midnight isn’t so great.  I meant the 40’s, not 40 years ago.  Still, Doc... what caused it to start then?  Or become more noticeable then?

As I said, it didn't start then. Someone described it then by seeing several similar cases.

Far less troubling?  From where I stand, having the government put its full weight against you and force you to fight it all the way to SCOTUS is pretty troubling.  As I said earlier, business owners should have the freedom to choose and face the consequences of their consumers.  As to the restaurant here, I understand it was the managers and employees that made this decision, I wonder how the owner feels?  What if the owner objects to their decision and fires the employees for their political decision?

Everyone should have the freedom to choose.

But not about things that other people have no choice over. Political opinion is a choice. Sexual orientation is not. Discriminating over sexual orientation is much closer to discriminating over race, in my opinion.

Right.  So we are all either a male or a female, decided in the mother’s womb long before we are hatched.  What we FEEL we should be is a decision we make later on, but doesn’t change the basics one bit.  If it did, then men would be able to have babies naturally.

No, being transgender is nothing you choose.
