Hey guys,

Just going through filling in the I-134 and checking the evidence needed. It specifies we should include a letter from the sponsor's bank including information on their bank account. In this case the sponsor has several bank accounts for some property investments. Should we only include a letter regarding the primary account or a letter for each account?

The sponsor is also a partial owner on some of the properties. Should this just be explained in Part 7 (additional information) as noting down 20% of the value of the properties she owns 20% of? As well as noting she pays 20% of the mortgage?

Follow up question we just thought about:

How is rental income reported? The properties aren't filled all the time and technically it isn't self-employed income. Should we just include the income from the last year for the rental properties?

I feel like we're going to include a lot of additional information pages.

Does the sponsor have a job/employer, or a tax return that shows above the poverty level?

If so, skip all that other stuff you are talking about. Not needed for London. Don't even list assets if sponsor has a job that qualifies as enough.
