Ik it’s not a territory of USA but I just need to know if applying another visa can cause any problems to me? My f2a is already halfway! And my homecountry is Pakistan which we mentioned in my form. What I just need to do when my interview date arrive? Please suggest me a good idea

Applying for another visa will not impact your F2a.

If you spend more than 6 months in Qatar, you will need a police certificate for your F2a interview.

And where my interview will be conducted? Pakistan or Qatar? Plus my husband is willing to move with me there! How is this possible ?

Nothing stopping you moving there in the meanwhile but yes it will add a bunch of complications to your case, needing to change address for the interview, need another police certificate etc. I presume you’ve told your prospective employer on Qatar you’ll be out of there as soon as your US visa comes through? And I hope this is a totally legit offer and not one of those shady ones where the employers illegally hold your passport etc, as you can’t get a US visa if you can’t present your passport.

as for your husband moving there with you, that adds yet another layer of complication as he has to show domicile or intent to reestablish domicile in the US at the time of the interview, needs to show his US income is adequate to sponsor you etc. so as to “how is this possible”, well we can’t know that, you and your husband will need to figure out how to make it possible.
