How to voluntarily return green card?

Hi dear advisors!

 

I was quiet it doesn’t mean I was wrong or fraud.

Yes I came to my parents. There was reason behind it. 

My husband hide 2 marriages from us and he with his family did so wrong with those girls. I got proofs of it. To one of the wives they snatched her gold jewelry and everything and came to US and then gave divorce. My mother in law even tried to harm her and she was just like a maid at home and my husband in USA and sent divorce then. One of his wife out case in court in my country against him and I got those documents as well few days ago. He has to pay $9000 to her in Pakistan. 

 

They harassed me and said you will be just like maid at home and serve my family. If he gave me divorce at Pakistan my life was ruined there also. I was alone there, my brother in law could harm me there so I came to my parents. My husband does as his mom and other family memebers tell him. He has no thinking of himself. 

Now I have been telling him to give me some security. If I go to his home her mom can harm me and call to police and tell them that I harm her mom etc... 

Nor I have permission to study or do job. Before they said you can live freely. 

 

I have been telling my husband to take separate apartment for both of us. Even I will pay for that. He says it is against my dignity. Although in start he was agreed on this. He saying come to me Nobody will harm. Should I believe his words only forgetting his past?

 

please suggest me, and plz don’t say fraud about me. I am true. If I don’t live with him here I will at least complaint that he used girls. And then return to my country. If ai would be fraud I would never think even to voluntarily returning my green card. I am here for sincere suggestions as I am true, not because you people start saying bad about me and hurt me.

You need professional help.  This is not Do-It-Yourself.  Your situation is too complex for VJ.   You not even going to his state after entering on the immigration visa to get your green car

CR1 is a family reunification visa, she reunified with her parents rather than her husband.

What is confusing those of us familiar with the process, well we will take it that your Husband is a low life and there are all sorts of reasons you would not want to live with him.

 

  • He applied for an Immigrant Visa for you to join him. You were obviously a participant in the process.
  • You went to an interview where you were asked about you relationship.
  • You then got on a plane to the US and entered using your CR1 visa, family reunification with your Spouse..
  • You then went straight to your Parents.

Just to clarify since there is a language barrier....how long (ie. days, a week, months) did you actually live in the same home as your husband before going to your parents home?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Dear Sa Pa, I agree with Boiler. It seems that your marriage should be annulled because it was never valid. Annulment is different from divorce. Annulment cancels marriage as it never existed. If you don't have money to hire attorney, do the research about annulment and you will find information on the Internet about annulment.

12/13/2018 - package delivered 

01/02/2019 - received text message from USCIS with case number starting with EAC

01/12/2019 - submitted online e-Request for non-delivery of NOA (the extension letter)

01/24/2019 - received the response to e-Request via e-mail, which says: "Please allow 30 days from the date of this correspondence for the notice to be sent".

01/28/2019 - received NOA (the extension letter), which extends GC for 18 months

01/29/2019 - received biometrics appointment letter

02/08/2019 - biometrics completed
