I dnt know is that wise. As I am real and I want to defend myself. And I am confused as both lawyers told different things to me.

Do you really think that the immigration office is going to give you advice on the consequences after you tell them everything?  Is that their job?  Is their job to tell you the consequences of your situation or to enforce immigration laws?  Isn't it the lawyer's job to advise you about the consequences?

If you are accuse of a crime, would you go to the police and tell them and ask about the consequences?  Or would you rely on your lawyer to advise you about the potential consequences?

Go ask a third attorney.

Sa Pa, did you receive the information about your rights as an immigrant from USCIS?

Here is the link:

http://www.uscis.gov/news/fact-sheets/information-legal-rights-available-immigrant-victims-domestic-violence-united-states-and-facts-about-immigrating-marriage-based-visa-fact-sheet

"In the United States, victims of crime, regardless of their immigration or citizenship status, can access help provided by government or non-governmental agencies, which may include counseling, interpreters, safety planning, emergency housing and even monetary assistance.

The national telephone numbers or “hotlines” listed below have operators trained to help victims 24-hours a day free of charge.  Interpreters are available and these numbers can connect you with other free services for victims in your local area, including emergency housing, medical care, counseling and legal advice.  If you cannot afford to pay a lawyer you may qualify for a free or low-cost legal aid program for immigrant crime or domestic violence victims.

National Domestic Violence Hotline
1-800-799-SAFE (1-800-799-7233)
1-800-787-3224 (TTY)
www.ndvh.org"

Your husband threatening to report you for fraud is abusive. Don't allow his intimidation to get at you. You have rights. Speak to someone at the hotline, they will be able to tell you where to go for advice if they don't know themselves.

Take care.

Why would you want to complicate your immigration status at this perilous times. Is your husband threatening you? His he maltreating you? Did he take money from you for the purpose of green card? What made the marriage fraud? Your masters degree will not save you if you direct the attention of ICE to yourself.

Submit the GC and live the country

Why does she need to leave?  Her parents are here.

Staying illegally would not be something you would see recommended here.

Wait....how do you wven know that HE is fraudulent and using women as „maids“ if you haven‘t even lived with your husband but went straight to your parents after you recieved a visa your husband sponsored?!

If you wanna turn your greencard in, leave the country and divorce your husband..shouldn‘t be too hard I guess

OP- you ask how to give up your green card, but it sounds like you're looking for a way to stay in the US.

The first is easy, and others have told you what to do: go back to Pakistan, fill out the I-407 form, turn in your green card and form to the nearest US consulate. That's it. Done.

If I go to my husband, he can give safety by law that he will not give me divorce and will not send me back when 2 years green card expires?? And will not harm me.

Any documental proof can be done??

If you're already scared of your husband, for whatever reason. Why do you bother asking us if you could return to him and what would guarantee you keeping your green card. ..

You were so scared of your husband that you went to your parents, but now you're considering it?

Why is this threat still open. :D
