K1 has GC but not K2. Is this normal?

Hi, My wife (K1) got her green card, but not her daughter.  We all went to the interview together.  Is it normal for the K2 recipient to be delayed?  She is still a minor under 13.  All paperwork such as i485, EAD and AP were filed together.  Thanks for any advice.

Thank you!  I was thinking that maybe I messed up somewhere.   Is it a significantly longer time?  Reason is we might want to travel in the fall.

Since my step daughter's GC did not come in the mail with my wife's, are there any recommended avenues to inquire such as an infopass appointment?  Would that also work in getting a travel document?  Of course we're worried and want to make sure we get everything taken care of.  She called a few of her friends, and they all received their GC's together.
