221 G letter at the time of interview asking for additional documnets and DNAther

Timeline

i will explian you shortly my interview is on 12 june 2018 

 

At the time of interview the embassy already investigate about our case our viza is family based F3 catogory immigration viza

i thing I tell you my Grand mother is petitioner and my mother is benificory or principal applicant and my father and we are 3 sis and brother i am elder one and i have 1 younger brother from me which is not my bilogical brother he is from my father first marriede and my younger sis is from this current marrige and i am from my mother 1 marriege.

 

At the time of interview therw were american guy and pakistani interpreter. the pakistani interpreter ask for oth and tell all truth we take oth  the first questin they ask from us is tell all the truth which you lie in your documents my mother said nothing lie all documtes right the pakistani guy we all know truth about that and speak the name of my 1 father and said who is that my mom confused and faint that he know all and invetigate my mom tell all truth to them

 

My mom tell them that my 1 husband is died and this elder son is from that marrige and my father has also this one second marrige he is my step father and he also divorced his first wife the younger brother is from that marrige from my father side and my younger sister is from this current marrige in which my mother is bilogical or real mother and my father is stepfather is sister is from this marrige my mom tell all the trusth

 

The CO officer give us 221(G) letter which is white paper marked with additional documents in which my father and mother 1 both divorce paper and this current marrige orignal marrige certificate and my new birth certificate with my real father name and my new passport with origninal father name.

 

And also give RED paper stated the DNA test with all childrens with my mom in which me and sister DNA will match with my mother but my step brother younger then me DNa will not match with my mom but the pakistani guy when called us in private interview room

they tell us that you have to do DNA test also of this son because embassy have profe that he is not your real son we will give you viza because he is part of your family now we are soo much worried about my documents prepartion they will take 3 month because of my new Birthcertificate and CNIC then new passport

 

the CO put us in admistrative processing😰😰

 

plz tell about all the sitaution who much time it will take by the embassy after we submit the new documents and done with DNA test how much time will it take and the Counsalor officer will give us viza or not please help me tell me something i will be thankful for your answer😞

Your case is quite complicated. i am also in same boat but my case is simple.
i with my family had interview on March 14, 2018 my father is main applicant. CO suggested us DNA for my younger sister. we went through the DNA process and LAB sent result to the embassy on April 10, 2018. our cases are in AP. i inquired thrice from embassy through their inquiry form but received no reply.

dont go through the inquiry just directly mail to the embassy about to know your case status 

we paid the fees in usa dna lab by the petionor in the couple of days the dna kit will ne recived by embassy and the call us for sample i hope you also go throw the same process and dont about to worry just sit back and send email to the embassy directly the will inform you about your AP hope you will hear good news Inshallah☺️
