Need some help my viza catogory is F3 family based imigration vizab s

Hope you all are fine need some help and ask some questions.

12 june 2018 us embassy conduct our interview we are there on time our viza is F3 catogory family immigration viza all things go well we reached to the embassy and the pakistani guy cheak our passport and ask to go into the embassy and then a paksiatni guy ask from us whick catogory viza you have we tell F3 family immigraton viza then said sit over there and wait for your turn then our ticket number after some time on screen we rush there and the pakistani guy take all of our finger prints we are 5 family member mother father and 2 brother and 1 sister i am the elder one from both the pakistani guy take fingerprints and after some time again called and take orignal documents at that time pakistani guy ask from my mother where is your orignal signed nikkah nama my mom says i dont have they said ok finally after 15 mins called on screen there was an young american guy and we ask for interpreter in urdu and also a pakistani guy first of all they ask to take oth to tell every thing truth which you provided we take oth the first question from pakistani guy ask from my mother because my mother is benifecry and my grand monthet is petitions they ask tell me all truth which you have lied in your documents my mom said all right they said no tell me plz all truth otherwize we will balck list you for life time then they ask from my mother who is z*f*r my mom tell all truth becuse embassy have invetigate all things about us my mom have 2 marriges me and my elder sister who is married now and in austrlia she is not a part of this viza we both and from my mom first marrige and my younger brother is from my father first marrige and my younger sister is from this marrige the co ask me where is your father i tell all truth my father is died then the CO ask is this farher is your real father is said no he is my step father the CO smiled and type something on screen after all telling truth Give us (221G) white paper because the CO said to us i am not denying you you have to submit me all these marked documtes on whcih my father 1 divorce and my mother first divorce and orignal nikkah nama of this current marriege and my new birth certificate with orignal father name and my new passport with orignal father name and At the end the CO said i also require DNA test from your mother DNA test with all 3 children at that time my mother tell the pakistani guy which is with CO that my younger brother is not my mother orignal son soo that his DNa will not match with my mother the paksitani guy off the mic and discuss with CO and again tell that we will give him viza because he is part of your family and you tell the truth the CO is happy that you tell the truth all dos,nt matter that his dna will not match with you you have to do Dna with him the embassy have prove that he his not your son after that the CO said thank you and sit there wait dont go after some time the pakistani guy which is interpreter with CO come in the private room and tell all the situation to us about which documents you have to submit the wrost part is mine because my all things will be change my birth certificate my cnic my passport it will take at least 3 to 4 month of time fo prepration of all documents and DNa test 

 They put us in admnistrative processing i have cheak online on CEAS case status 

 

1 thing more i am getting 21 in sep 2018 After 2 months will i get viza or not because i asked this question to pakistani guy when we called in private room he said you Date of birth is freeze in you system now if you will be 25 age we will give you viza with your mom the pakistani guy said to me i am much more tensied and worried about that and my mom also much worried about me that they will give you viza or not i am preparing my documets my new birth certificate and passport and all other documetnts 😞

 

Please tell me all about this situation i shall be very thankfull to you COMMENT PLZ!

Why do you have to fix your birth certificate with your original father name and your new passport with your original father name?  What do you mean?  Did you submit documents with false information?

i will make sure you that the papers which i submitted to NVC is with the name of my step father after the embassy investigate our case they come to know about my orignal father which is my biological father after interview counslar officer said me that submitt again your new birth certificate with your orignal father and passport with your orignal father name with you🤔 can the counslar officer give me the viza plz tell me i am soo confused and worried about that CO give me the viza or not after submitting orignal documents of with my orignal father name? Thanks

Here is your problem: your family submitted a birth certificate listing your stepfather as your birth father.  That is a lie.  Your family purposefully submitted a birth certificate with false and fraudulent information.  NEVER EVER LIE TO US IMMIGRATION.  NEVER EVER USE DOCUMENTS WITH LIES IN THEM.  This is why your family will waste money on DNA tests.

 

I can not tell you if you will get your visa after submitting the corrected birth certificates.  It seems that if they are satisfy with the DNA tests, you will probably get your visa.

i think soo the CO satisfy with my DNA test which we are going to do i couple of days we are submitting the fees in the US by the petionor  which is my grand mother hopefully me DNA will match with my mother and my mother is the principal applicant also so thats why CO ask from us the DNA test with my mother DNA will match with my mother because i am the bilogical son of my mother hopefully i will got viza on the other side i will submit my birthcertificate  and passport with my orignal father name soon inshallah☺️

There were lots of problems and family matter when is was 2 year old too much small my bilogical father died and my mother did 2nd marriage and my step father takes us with her name in the documents like (birthcertificate ,Bayform , CNIC)soo thats why my birthcertificate is with my step father name 😰

 

i hope all will be alright after doing DNA and submitting My new birthcertificate and passport with my bilogical father name
