it still not an excuse. Cops need to learn to stop shooting first and ask questions later. Black people get shot if they run, if they stay and keep their hands up (or they get suffocated)... they get shot whatever they do, innocent or not. This is what happens when we have cops who are scared of black people and black people who are (for good reason) scared of cops.

Seriously, this is what cops NEED to learn?  Have you ever participated in any law enforcement type of course?  Have any close friends who are cops?  Based on what you just typed, it doesn’t appear so.

 

Cops are not scared of black people, nor do they just run around willy-nilly, murdering blacks.  Stop falling into the MSM trap, and look at the FACTS that you just mentioned in the other thread.  The number of innocent people (color notwithstanding) who get shot my cops is statistically insignificant, compared to the number of successful apprehensions and arrests that occur every day in the US.
