How long after the interview does it take to receive passport? Waiting for over 3 weeks.

I had my interview at the ISB embassy on May 29. At the end they congratulated me and said my visa was approved and I would receive it with in 2 weeks.

I have not received any news from the embassy or the AEG about the passport to date.

I checked the CEAC status and is says:

ISSUED

Your visa has been printed. Depending on local procedures at the location where you were interviewed, your visa will be mailed or available for pickup soon. If there are further questions, or if we need updated contact information, you will be contacted.

I then tried contacting AEG but they say they do not have the passport and it is probably still at the embassy and Ishould wait for an email. I have tried contacting the embassy by phone but they say they do not answer any questions over the phone and I should use the provided form on their website. I filled out the form located here: https://pk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiries/ but have not receive any response.

This is frustrating that the process has been stalled right at the end. It will be close to a month since my interview at this point. Any advice on what should be my next steps?
