Received notification that my I-751 has been transferred to my local office. I applied online for N-400 in July 2019 so wondering if this means they are getting ready for combo interview (fingers crossed!) or just the I-751 interview by itself? There have been no updates on my N-400 file since completing biometrics.

Congrats!!! We got a letter after putting info that we had change of address, that the CSC had to update the file (came from a Texas office and we are in Oklahoma) 🤔 very stage...we did biometric on aug 15 and we’re hoping it was a different letter 😭😭😭

I received a notification saying that they need further evidence (RFE) because the info I sent was not updated. Of course it was not updated because they took over a year to reply!!!! #######!!!

So now I just put together more evidence (joint 2018 taxes, joint lease agreement, joint credit card, joint savings... I hope this time they don't ask for more bullshit!!!!

Anybody in the same situation RFE?

 

Also they made me redo the biometrics about a month ago. This people are ridiculous

Also they made me redo the biometrics about a month ago. This people are ridiculous 

I received RFE letter on Monday as well . They requested me documents from the marriage date to the present day . I sent them a box of documents yesterday to keep them busy for a little while .

I received my GC in the mail today. The new website said "card mailed" but the old website provided the USPS tracking number. So, when you are waiting for this last step to get your card, try both websites.

  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS online estimate is March 2020
