Hi everybody,

I am an October filler and I would really appreciate some info from previous fillers, since I just got a RFE. I wanted to ask if anybody has any special advice on how to handle it and if you know whether this means I am going to have an interview or if I can still get the green card without an interview. Thanks!!!

The additional information on the back of removing condition approval letter makes me very confused "please save this form I-797 for your record. please note that simply filing an application, petition or request, or having an approved petition does not give the person it was filed for(also known as the beneficiary)permission to legally enter the US. It also does not grant any legal immigration status." Anyone knows how to explain this? Thanks.

It means keep the paper in case you don’t get the card in the mail, you can use it to help you get a replacement. But it also means the paper doesn’t have the power the actual green card is so don’t try to travel with just the paper.

I’m a July 2018 filer. My status does not even show up on the case status tracker even though I had my biometric done in March. I want my card!! The last time estimate I got from Visa Journey said August 2020. I can’t even...

Hoping I’m next to get approved. 🙏

I could not get our case status from about a week before the card was issued. We did the bio at the beginning of Aug and received the cards approx 2 weeks later. CSC, no transfer.

it might be time to call for an update on your case.  That timeline you mentioned is not anywhere near what most July 2018 filers have experienced.

Best of luck!

I dont think that has to do much with approval. Its coincidence that it happened(started glitching) before u got approved. It glitches for a lot of ppl. Try using other browsers and ull see it works on some of them. Its their server thats messing up when uploading data. Probably some security glitch

I think you are exactly correct and I had almost forgotten that I didn’t find out our cards were issued until I checked case status on my iPhone and putting in the number...

For several days the weeks before I could not check our status online on my iMac with firefox.

Hello guys! I don't know if my case is taking longer than expected.  I'm a 2018 July 16 filer. March 2019 biometrics to be reused then July 10 did another biometric. My case still showing finger print completed, working on your i751 to remove condition. Its 50days now since the recent biometrics but no further update. Anyone with similar predicament?
