Is anyone can help me to update my information?

 

I got the Biometric letter on July 8th, and my appointment date is July 19th, but we will be in cruise during that time, so I just walked in on July 9th, and they squeezed me inside the line. No problem.

Online status already changed :   On July 10th, we finished review your finger print.

Now just wait.

In regard to the Case Tracker app for phones, has anyone else had trouble getting it to recognize your receipt number?

I downloaded it months ago but have never been able to make it work.  I try importing the case from My.uscis.gov and it tells me that my username and password may be wrong.  I try adding it manually and it tells me that it can't find the receipt number.  The same receipt number as well as the username and password work fine on the my.uscis.gov website.

Biometrics Appointment is on 07/15/2019

 

Have any of you guys had any luck with CSC? I see many people had their biometrics waived and a few months an appointment, then soon after the appointment they got approved. But from what I understand, most of those people had their files transferred somewhere else. Mine's still at CSC....urrghh just want this all to be over! haha.

The same happened to me.  It never worked on the app or the old website, same message as yours.  But I filed my N-400 last week and I got a notification that my SRC case (ROC) was transferred to my local office and since then it started to work both on the app and my.uscis.gov

California filer. 351 days, almost a year. No interview, no RFE

July 16, 2018 - sent package to CSC
July 30, 2018 - NOA Extension delivered
March 11, 2019 - Fingerprint Review Was Completed
May 11 2019 - Case Transfer to Nebraska Service Center
July 11, 2019 - New Card Is Being Produced

It seems, and I may be wrong, that of all the people who were California filers and have been approved, most if not all had been transferred to the Nebraska office.  Does that seem accurate for those of you who have been keeping track?  Wondering now what factors determined who was transferred and who was not...and if those of us still in California office are just doomed for a much longer processing time by sheer luck of the draw.

First time leaving a comment on this thread as I've been on June 2018 thread (filed June 30th 2018, NOA1 July 11th). I've been keeping track and you are right it seems like a lot of CSC filers and those who got transferred to Nebraska seem to be getting approvals. I got transferred to Potomac in the beginning of June and since then nothing and I don't see many of CSC filers being transferred to Potomac so I've been wondering the same. I see there are June 2018 CSC filers (without transfer) still waiting to be approved but it looks like things are moving there unlike Potomac so I'm sure it won't be too far for you to be approved if you didn't get transferred!

My friend, who is May filers and California filer as well, has not heard from them since the update on reuse fingerprint in Mar 2019. Her case is still in CSC. My package was over 500 pages, so I don't know if the more sufficient evidences people have, the more chances they will get approve faster.

My wife's case was transferred from the CSC to the Potomac Service Center in early June as well and we have not received any updates since.
