In an attempt t declutter the blog and have a more reliable version of the table, can I interest you in a more reliable way of capturing this table in Google Drive? I have put this on a Spreadsheet in Google Drive, access the link here and let me know if this is something you would be interested in.

I can take No for an answer, I am just seeing that some other blogs lost data because of an error in copy paste and the blog was all packed with clutter.

2011 - Met hubby online and became friends
Early 2013 - Confessed our love for each other * Late 2013 - I got pregnant with our daughter
2014 - Our baby was born in Athens, Greece and completed our family. We now have two boys and a girl!! 2013 - 2015 - Looking for jobs in Greece, none were available (due to socioeconomic crisis) 2015 - Decided only way to feed our family was to immigrate and started the process December 2015 - Got married (Greece has a LOT of red tape for foreigners marrying Greeks)
January 2016 - Finished gathering all documents and getting them translated
* * DCF in Athens, Greece * *
28th January 2016 - Finally filed I-130s
29th June - ISSUED!!!!!!1st July - Visa packages and passports delivered to DHL.4th July - Visas in hand! CU in two weeks USA!!
19th July- POE Detroit. All went well!! (excluding our screaming, jet lagged toddler!!)

 

After Arrival in the US

September 2016 - Hubby is diagnosed with congestive heart failure
October - February 2016 - Battle with drug use, overdosing, bringing home a tiny paycheck

March - July 2017 - I am working 80 hr weeks to make ends meet. Discovered hubby's affair. Still overdoses and is hospitalized. Has quit working all together.
July - October 2017 - Marriage counseling. Revealed hubby has "several" mental conditions. Is started on several mental meds.

October 2017 - Got accepted for a college course. Got better job to help raise my kids.

October 2017 - March 2018 - Situation at home is toxic. He files for divorce.

July 2018 - Divorce is final. I have full custody of our daughter.

 

ROC (GC expires July 19th 2018)

July 16th - Package for ROC is delivered to the CA service center (divorce waiver).

August 30th - NOA1 received with 18 month extension (fee waiver approved).

March 28th 2019 - Biometrics

August 8th 2019 - Case Approved No RFE No Interview - 10 year GC in production

N400 (Online - Detroit, MI office)
June 6th 2023 - Applied for naturalization under 5 year rule.
June 7th 2023 - Application received/Biometric will be reused.
June 16th - Interview scheduled.
July 27th - Upcoming interview.



**Our DCF journey to an IV took 5 months and 1 day from turning in the I-130 to getting "Issued"**

I'm moving in the next few weeks, im very worried my notices will now be lost in the mail.

 

who do I call to update my address and what information would they need from us?

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

IV and AOS packages sent- May 19th

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

Interview set for June 20th (super short notice!)

VISA DENIED at interview but followed up over email :cry:

VISA ARRIVED 6/30/2016 with no notice of approval over email :pop:

POE Fort Lauderdale 8/15/16 Went smoothly and she's home! :dance:

Just received the fingerprint waiver notice yesterday 🙂

03/15/16. Sent out I-130 and AOS package but instead of filing it concurrently, I misunderstood and filed it separately.

03/23/16. Phoenix lockbox transferred our case (I-130 only) to Nebraska, cashed check, received NOA via text/email.

03/28/16. Received NOA1 I-130 hard copy by USPS

04/08/16. Received the package that we sent to Chicago. Case rejected due to improper filing? We sent it back to Chicago together with I-130 NOA 1 that we received last week (also RFE just in case too) sameday.

04/11/16. Package I-485, I-765 arrived at Chicago lockbox the second time.

04/19/16. Received NOA1 for I-485&I-765 via Text&email with new case number. They also cashed the check today.

05/02/16. Received Biometric letter, scheduled on May 9

05/09/16. Biometric completed

05/25/16. I-485 Case updated online, case is ready to be scheduled

06/29/16. I-130 Case updated online, case was transferred..

06/30/16. Submit USCIS E-request to update/expedite I-765

07/11/16. Received EAD By mail

09/09/16. Interview date is scheduled on Oct 14

10/14/16. Approved, status changed to New card is in production

10/15/16. Status online for I-130 & I-485 updated to Case was approved

10/20/16. Status online for I-485 updated to Card was picked up by USPS with tracking number.

10/21/16. Received NOA2 for I-130 & I-485

10/22/16. Received the card from USPS ?

Not important but ok. Got an email this morning saying as follows:

Plus: I do not have any updates on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ nor https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do. In the first link it still says that my "case was received" even though I got my biometrics waiver letter, and in the second link the ERROR message we all are familiar about. Anyone in the same situation?
