Hello all, Can anyone advise on the following:

 

I received my 1OA1 on July 31, 2018, and  was waiting for the biometric appt since beginning of August. and today when I logged into my case, I see this message.

 

On August 03, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 02, 2018, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

 

Does this mean that I do not need to do a biometric? Please advise. My filler is in VSC.

This is a receipt notice. There’s no update for receiving the biometrics letter. They will only update online after you have biometrics done and it will say so

I couldn't check my status online. It says the receipt number you have entered is not valid. Its been a month since i received NOA1 and haven't got my biometric letter yet. Is it only me or people experience this kind of situation?

I looked for it and it's the link for USCIS my account, you can create an account and enter the receipt number and it will come out! 🙂

Walking out the door to go to work this morning, check the mailbox and received the notice for our biometrics appointment in 1 week....

 

a little more notice would've been nice but I honestly cant complain at all.
