Im not sure how to sign up for multiple addresses on there but yeah, I’ve been keeping a close eye on the mail. 

 

Maybe instead of having your name under both addresses to monitor them, you can monitor one with your name and the other with your husband's? Whenever I check my informed delivery it shows all mail scanned for my mailbox, no matter who is it addressed to.

I Do not know where should I ask my question. sorry if not related:

 

I have my conditional CG and me and my wife got divorce recently  because she did adultery, and now my lawyer telling me we can choose more than one option as bellow:

1. my spouse is deceased

2. my marriage was entered in a good faith but the marriage was terminated through divorce or annulment. 

3. i entered the marriage in a good faith and during the marriage i was battered or subjected to external or was subject of extreme cruelty

4. my parents entered the marriage in a good faith .......

5. the termination of my status of removal from the united states would result s  an extreme hardship

 

he says we should choose option 2,3 and 5. don't you guys think the option 5 is just for asylum or irrelevant to adultery?

Hello fellow July 2018 files -

 

I see some familiar names here from about 2 years ago....Good luck to all.

 

We sent our I-751 on July 30 by USPS, it was received on August 2nd.

As of yesterday, the check had not been cashed yet. My wife's green card expires September 28.

 

Like several others have posted, our 120 notice was also sent to our previous address. I still have the confirmation email from the change of address request last year, so I called them. I was told that it is normal for mail to go to the address that was initially on file but not to worry because all mail pertaining to the I-751 will be sent to the  address on that application. Makes no sense to me, but I guess it doesn't have to.

 

Compared to what others sent in with their package ours was relatively small. Very basic but covered all the items that were mentioned on the USCIS website. We do have a child together, so we're hoping that will help our case.

I don't think i got the 90 days or 120 notice at all.

I finally got my NOA!! And by the look of it they sent it to my old address and it got sent back to them. They’ve resent it to the correct address. We changed our address and filed all the forms including sponsor’s change of address but nope still sent it to my old address *sigh*. 

 

My notice is dated July 20th.

I don't know actually whether you can choose more than 1 option (read the instructions). But for 3, were you indeed battered or subject to extreme cruelty? I don't think your wife cheating on you counts as extreme cruelty or battering (although it sucks, I'm sorry). I think you'd have to provide police reports or a therapist's note or something.

My checks were processed by my bank 8/6. Hoping to receive NOA soon. 

Application was sent 7/23, received 7/24 by the California Service Center.

And we received the I797 extension letters for my wife and stepson in the mail yesterday, 06 August. CSC
