Hey everyone, I have a situation. I currently had my 129F petition approved on Monday. They mentioned that this was my second petition and now i am in a multiple visa database tracking system.  ? The last petition was over 5 years ago and the beneficiary ended up staying in his home country.  Iam not trying to bring people into the U.S. This makes no sense. Will this affect my fiancé's interview with the officer when it comes time?

Your fiance will probably be asked about that previous petition and your last fiance so make sure she's aware about all that.

If he doesn't know about it all, then yes. In general, it shouldn't affect the process much.

As long as your fiance knows about the previous one, its not an issue.

 

If the Officer ask about it and your fiance is clueless and cant answer any questions about it, it IS an issue.

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

I'm a mulitple filer also and I know there are others here as well.  It's best that your partner knows everything about your past; names of who you filed for in the past, what happened in the relationship, even dates of when petition(s) were filed.  Many have been asked these questions during interviews.  Many have also been asked nothing at all about it.  Depends on the embassy and the situation.

11/14/17 129F mailed

11/17/17 NOA1

05/14/18 NOA2

06/06/18 NVC received and case # assigned

06/12/18 left NVC

06/13/18 Manila Embassy received

06/13/18 CFO completed at Clark Pampanga

06/18-19/18 Medical exam

07/10/18 Interview - APPROVED!!

07/29/18 POE

that isnt new, all petition keep on  uscis data basa, my approved petition said the same thing because i had a previous petition, and no problem on my interview

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand
