Hi,

I have had my NOA2 on 24th april but NVC states have not received case, my receipt number on NOA 2 was the same as NOA1 is this correct

I-130 Sent : 2006-11-01

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-11-07

I-130 touched: 2007-03-14

I-130 NOA2: Approved 2007-04-24

NVC Received case and assigned # 2007-05-22

DS-3032 Coice of Agent form Generated 2007-06-18

Emailed Choice of Agent 2007-06-20

NVC accepted Choice of Agent Via Email

DS-3032 Choice of Agent form recvd 2007-06-25

Sent fee for I-864 2007-06-26

Pay I-864 Bill : 2007-06-25

I would suggest call USCIS, see whats going on then call NVC again.

USCIS is 1-800-375-5283

To speak with human prompt shortcuts: 1 --> 2 --> 4 --> 0

NVC: 603-334-0700

Prompt: 1 --> 5 and wait

  • 06/02/2008 - AOS Interview - AOS approved!!
  • 06/20/2008 - GREENCARD in hand

Ok so I just call NVC and they said I had wait up to 90 days for them to receive my case, how can this be this is ridiculous. I am so so so mad. Anyone had this happen with them :help: :help: :help:
