It depends what service center processing your I-130. Normally between 175 to 375 days. In our case it took 475 days. I’ve not seen anyone matching or coming close to that. Just buckle up and wait. It takes time!

Hi my RFE came a few days ago. They said I provided undated photos of me and my finance together in an unknown location and that my passport does not show entry and exit stamps within the 2 year period. I can understand the photos because i grouped them by year (2014 and 2015), but my passport copy (which was black and white) shows the visa and the stamps are there are well. Should I call to find out why or just move forward and provide a color copy of the passport?

I provided color photos of my passport with the exit stamps clearly visible. The turnaround time was fairly quick from there. Consider just mailing in a new copy to avoid further delay. Good luck!
