Checked CEAC several hours ago, and it said it was in Administrative Processing.  Checked again before heading to bed, and it is now showing ISSUED.  It's been a long road for us, but the destination is in sight.

I posted this the other day:

Back in December '17, my fiance had her original medical and interview.  During the medical, she admitted to having used amphetamine in the past.  Her urinalysis came back negative for meth/amphetamines. At the interview all went well except for the drug issue.  Visa was understandably refused.  She was told to get rehab and have the Bumrungrad hospital drug counselor sign off on her being drug free.  Fast forward to late May.  Since 6 months had or will have transpired, the embassy had her set up another medical appointment.  She did the appointment, got the needed paperwork from the drug counselor, and the rest of the paperwork needed.  It was all resubmitted to the emabassy.

All of the paperwork was submitted by 12 June.  During this time when I was checking CEAC, there were several updates, but status was still refused.  On the 19th, I sent an email to get an up date.  I was told it was in Administrative Processing (still showing refused on CEAC).  Overnight the fiance sent me a message (a screenshot from CEAC) on Facebook.  The status then showed "Ready" Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled by the Consular section.  If you have already scheduled an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in the appointment letter and appear at the consulate at the appointed date and time.  Otherwise please wait until you have your interview appointment.  Additional information regarding Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled at http://nvc.state.gov/interview.

I checked this morning, and the status now reads "Application Received"

Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application.

Now I'm even more confused.  Will my fiance need to do another interview?  Is it possible that it will change to "Issued" in 2 days?  Fiance says that she didn't get an email from the Embassy.
