In the initial denial they thought I was already married with my ex girlfriend. So I filled a divorce to cancel the ex girlfriend relationship and my wife came from US and we married again and we filled the new petition.

Yes my issue is quite confusing but I have to explain so that you people will help me.

We were selected in dv lottery for 2011 and 2012 fiscal year. At that time we were not married and she was also in Europe. She asked me to send the forms ds 230 part 1 and 2 and she filled them out and we sent it to kcc. But she betrayed me and never came back when kcc sent the interview letter. So there was no formal marriage in old relationship. The Co asked me I have married before and I was truthful and answered no. Then she mentioned the girl's name and I said she was my girlfriend. Co was very impatient and gave a denial notice and stated the reason No legal marriage.

few questions:

Where you from?

Where does petitioner live right now?

How many times did you meet petitioner?

How did you meet petitioner?

is there an age difference?

how long have you been married to petitioner? how long have you lived together?

do you family know about this marriage? has petitioner met your family.

@Jojo92122

USCIS called for the old petition from NVC for review before approving the new petition and they sent both to DOS. We got to know because my wife created an account to track I 130 petition.

Can you please explain this ? Thanks.

Sorry, I can't explain that.  Your case is too confusing.  Please answers the questions that you are being asked so we can clear the confusion.  If you don't answers the questions be asked, you are unlikely to get any meaningful help.

What did you and your ex-girlfriend do?  Did you falsely claimed to be married?

How do you divorce a girlfriend?

@Jojo92122

I said when she was selected for the dv lottery she was in Sweeden I was a beneficiary. She fill out the alien registration forms and sent them to kcc. She never came to Ghana for us to get formal marriage. And that was the end between us. We did not go for the dv lottery interview.

That is why I told the co that we never married.

Thanks for your patience.

So, you lied on the DS-230 for the DV lottery that you were married.

How did you divorce your girlfriend?  This is the third and last time I will ask this question you have been avoiding.
