  Pressure from all side's to do this,  but when his wife spoke out against separating families, I think the writing was on the wall. Now hopefully they come up with a long term solution.

Totally agree with this as well. There is only so much a man can take really and if it doesn't let up when he is home then something will change. Because who here wants to be badgered at all day at work and then come home to a wife to hear the same badgering all over again????

It will certainly help in this situation. But there will be a wall along part of the border and natural defenses along other parts. So now we will hear about how "the families are being lost in the desert trying to get around the wall."

Which is why he's been told he's broken it? Lol. Do you not remember how he had ton unblock people on Twitter due to the 1st amendment?

He illegally blocked people from following Twitter which violated their first amendment rights.  He was ordered by the supreme court to unblock them.  If you get stuck on 1 word vs the meaning of the post you have issues I certainly can't help you with.

I said it in the other thread - I really appreciate him doing this, and it is definitely a high point for me in his behavior.

 

This issue needs more permanent fixing, but we all know that Congress is not quick about anything. While we can all question the use of Executive Orders, I say at times like these it is reasonable for the President to step in and do something that can help the problem quickly. I also think it helps him put more pressure on everyone in Congress saying "Look I went out and did this, so now you guys need to bring me something". I sincerely hope the Democrats see the "olive branch" he is extending.
