There are certain fields in the I-129F I don't know whether to leave blank or fill in N/A. For example, there are 3 fields for "Other names used" on Page 1. Do I write N/A in each field, or leave them all blank?

You can write 'none' or 'n/a.' It's better not to leave anything blank/unaddressed.

If you ever used a different name or changed name before you don't leave it blank. If not, then just put N/A on the very first question and just leave the rest blank for you have stated already that it was not applicable to you or that you have not used/changed name before. Like for example, Other Names Used: You can just put N/A on the Family Name (Last Name) and just leave the Given Name and Middle Name blank.

Thanks guys. So I'll just put N/A for the first field of any section I don't need to fill out.

Got another question though. For the "Address in the US where your beneficiary intends to live" section for Daytime Telephone Number, is it okay if I put my cell phone number there or does it have to be the home phone number of the house? I'd prefer to put my cell phone number. Is this okay?

Cell phone is totally fine. Lots of people don't even have home phones anymore.

I think you can put your cell #. Cause that's what I did. We actually don't have a phone at home. Lol. All of us has cellphones so telephone was not a thing at home lol.

Okay great. Got another question. Toward the end of the I-129F there's a section "Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information". Do I check the last box in this section "Not applicable", or do I just leave all options blank? This section doesn't apply to me. I am sending out the I-129F on behalf of my fiance, and this is my first time doing this.

I was having a hard time with that question too. I've read a lot about it before filling out that section. I was on the same boat as yours. What I did was left it blank as the question don't apply to me. But if you still want to wait and someone with more knowledge about it can answer your question better.

The Not Applicable box, was my first option but then again, the "the beneficiary is my spouse" threw me off..

Okay I'll wait for someone to answer this one. I see some people tick the not applicable box, some just leave it blank, so I dunno.

Yah, I've read that some ticked the not applicable box, and some left it blank. You might want as well wait for the expert to assist you on this matter. Are you filing within June? I see your beneficiary is from Philippines, I filed mine last June 6 and my beneficiary is from Philippines, too. I hope to see you in June 2018 thread. If you end up filing this month, you can check on June 2018 thread.
