Not that it never happens, it does, just not common for them to call with info on their own accord (more often happens when it's a call-back from an inquiry made by the applicant first).

Ok, got it.... I'll update anyways when I get the letter.

You will need the letter to attend the ceremony. I did my Oath ceremony a few weeks ago and they request this letter and your current or expired GC. Never heard that they call you with the info of the ceremony. I guess you were lucky. Hope you get your letter soon. Enjoy the event. Its so emotional. I loved it.

Yeah I know, I'm so impatient 😁, I'm just a little bit nervous since I'm traveling by mid next month and I don't want my ceremony to be delayed, .... I have to get my passport expedited!

You will need your naturalization certificate (they will give it to you at the oath ceremony) and then you can have your passport expedited. Check on the website of Department of State to see where you can have it done in your area. Some places need appointments in advance to do the passport expedited in less than a week or in 24 hrs. Good luck! You are almost there.

I have everything set up already 😅, I fill out the application, got the photos and I know where I have to go to have it expedited in 24 hours, the fee is $195 in total, I'm just waiting for the naturalization certificate to make the appointment 😉

The documents tab is not showing up for me, just case status and case history

I don't have any input regarding attending the ceremony without a letter, but I might be able to shed some light on the missing documents tab:

I created the account on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov this year and applied for my N400 online through the same site. I also added the receipt number for my pending I-751 application.

For my N-400 I can see the documents tab which has all my letters. But no such tab for I-751.

This tells me that the online documents tab feature is only available for those who applied online. For the rest it seems like more of a case status thing.

Congratulations! Enjoy your ceremony. Its a wonderful emotional event. Even my husband was about to shed a tear when they showed the video of the history of immigrants in the US in the last century. Make a copy of that letter. I kept one copy for my personal records. :D

It sounds pretty legit, nice English accent, and a day after that call, my status change to "oath ceremony notice was mailed"

Then I'd say it's a prank call by one of your English friends. Why would he have an English accent instead of an American one? :P

Seriously though, congratulations and wish you the best of luck. This thread answered a few questions I had about the oath letter :)

Thanks God it wasn't a prank, I received the letter and the information is the same the told me! Plus I received another page saying "congratulations, you have been scheduled for a special oath ceremony in honor of the independence day" and the local media will be there covering the event! 😊
