Read between the lines. Touches or lack of touches cannot forecast anything. Could those touches mean you're nearing approval? Yes. Could they also mean nothing? Yes.

This is the most intelligent answer you are going to get to your question.

A touch is just that, it could be that someone is going over your case or it could mean that they had to move it somewhere else or something simple like that. You can get an approval without any touches and you can have a late approval after seeing a ton of touches. So, it really doesn't mean much but if you see they glass half full like I do, then it could mean an approval.

What other intelligent answers do you desire? Touches don't mean much these days. Some of us get touched repeatedly...mauled even...then there are those of us that don't even merit a sniff. Tis hard to know what the touches mean...If I held my breath each time a touch happens, I'd have asphyxiated by now.
