Hello I’d like some help with an issue I’m having with my wife’s visa. She had her interview at the Moroccan consulate on June 11 and was told she was approved. We called aramex today and they still don’t have the passport. I checked with ustraveldocs and when I entered her passport # it says There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.

CEAC shows our case as in Administrative Processing updated today. What does that mean? I thought that after the interview was done and we were approved it was a matter of only a couple days and we’d receive the passport. Is there anything I can do? Who can I contact?

Usually it's only a matter of days, but it could take longer. Generally when the status changes to 'Issued' that means they have printed the visa and sent the passport via Aramex. I'd give it a bit more time, especially considering that Eid was recently so that likely has slowed things down a bit due to office closures.

Literally just checked ceac again and it says ISSUED. Now we have to wait for aramex. Any estimates as to how long that would take?

In our case, my husband's visa was in hand 4 days after the status changed to Issued. It usually takes under a week.

My wife talked to a woman CO, she was acting very bitchy while the male CO was being friendly. She was asked how many times I’d visited, when the CO feigned shock at how little time we spent together my wife clapped back and said I worked 2 jobs and that was the only time we had (total 31 days over 4 visits in a year). The CO accepted this. She was then asked if my parents were at the wedding and my wife said yes. Then she said congrats ma’am your visa is approved you need to register with Aramex if not done so already. I think with these interviews a lot of it depends on your composure and confidence. My wife said a lot of people were making mistakes or slip ups in their interviews. My wife is amazing and handled herself like the badass she is. Lol.

Hahahah, i am sure she is !  Congrats again and best wishes for you guys

When i read 31 dayS... that's almost like my husband and i, we have met 4 times / 8 days for every trip! As per WOrk for both of us! we can't offer us the luxury to have 2 or 3 weeks OFF :( we actually meet in Europe because flight tickets are more cheaper than Casablanca ticket...Paris around 500$ Vs Casablanca 1200$  would this be okay to meet outside my home country?

How long have you been dating before getting married ?
