Hi,

I sent my I130 for my wife on April 16, 2007. VSC received it on April 17. The check has not cleared, and of course I have not gotten an NOA1. I called this morning, and was told that the wait for the NOA1 for VSC and CSC can be as long as 45 days. The rep said I should call back if after 45 days I have not gotten a NOA1.

seems like me and you are in the same boat. Has your checked cleared yet? if you sent a check. I called them yesteday and they said that if your check has not been cleared most likely your file has been rejected and would have to wait until they sent the file back to see what the problem was. They didnt even have me in there system and they recieved my file on April 14, 2007. I also send it to VSC.

I am not too glad to hear that. I sent a check and it has not cleared. But, they didn't tell me anything about the possibility of the file being rejected. They just said that I should be patient as it can take as much as 45 days for them to receipt the file. I'll keep my fingers crossed and continue to keep tabs on that check.

Wuhoo,

The check cleared yesterday!. I got the receipt number of the back of the check and set up my portfolio. Now, I can finally hurry up and wait.

Now, I just have to send off my 129F to keep pursuing the K3.

I sent my 130 to the VSC, but it got forwarded to CSC.

Congratulations. I am still in the same boat. My check has not cleared as of today and was also told to wait 45 days. But my wife's I130 was sent to Nebraska and received on April 19. I need to find out more about this infopass appointment.
