She has no kids. I just want to do the quickest way as long as I am sure to get my criminal history to them correctly (K-1).

 

If I am unsure about some of that then I should do the CR-1.

 

Is that what you think @geowrian ?

I'm all for the CR-1 unless there is a compelling reason to do the K-1. It's just better all around.

Not that I think you couldn't get a K-1 due to the offenses or anything like that, but if you can live with the extra few months apart, the reward is well worth it.

Take it easy and don't rush your paperwork. There will be nothing "soon" about this process.

It's going to be a good 10 to 12 months before your fiance can move to the US. K1 process is pretty slow these days.

K1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

Rapid Visa is a waste of money, you can do the papers yourself.  As stated to you earlier about my past record and what I had to do to get approved.  This is my third separate filing.  Long story.  Just get your papers and you should be fine - they are misdemeanors - mine were a combination of felonies, misdemeanors and traffic. IF YOU NED HELP YOU CAN MESSAGE ME

My fiancé (petioner) has 3 arrested when he was 18. And he hired RapidVisa for K1 he just provides police record and court records. We are now waiting for noa2, the girl I spoke her fiancé has past convictions and they also hired RapidVisa. She passed the interview and she just flew to America last May 4. If the case was closed nothing to worry just provide police and court record. For us RapidVisa is helpful, it depends to those people who says it’s easy to fill up the I -129F. My fiancé and I don’t have any idea about it. It’s not bad they are very helpful. Hope you guys could file soon. Good luck 😀

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
