Hi all,

We had received our I-797C Notice of action on 19th October 2017, then a RFE on 9th May 2018 (for a signature in ink). Our RFE response would have been received no later than 28th May 2017.

When do you think the next step will take place? How long until the move day?

i fully understand this is everyone’s best guess or personal experience, I just need some sort of feedback that’s not a website that never changes. My wife and I married in May 2017 and are desperate to get our lives started.

thanks

Thank you for the information. The waiting is just starting to get very hard. Especially as I have now looked at other people’s wait time and seen that ours has been so long! It’s now over 250days and the VJ calculation suggests that we should have received the NOA2by now.

thanks

if you attached the letter that came with on top and provided all what they need 20 days should be processed we took opportunity and sent more chat more pictures any evidence that might help along with our evidence they require. if after week and half you can make online service request that might help also.

Wish you all the luck
