we have a question her grreen card expires on march 07 2019 should we apply for renewal on condition or is that any possible way can we apply for the citizen directly without removing condition of the green card i am confused

You can't skip the ROC step, she will still need to remove the conditions on her greencard.

 

She can apply for citizenship when she has been an LPR for 3 years (minus 90 days) if she is still married to you. But she still needs to file for ROC first anyway.

So when should start for plying for Roc if her green card is expiring on march 06 2019 how soon can i apply for her renew of green card

Within the 90 day period prior to the expiration date
