Did anyone have problems with insurance for your new spouse? My company does not allow me to add her on and she does not have a green Card yet since we just started to file for AOS. Medical Care is very expensive here in the US without insurance. What are our options and cost? I'm in the process of maybe looking for a new job over this.

Medical Insurance is a State issue, so the options would depend on where you live.

Google Medical and State and you will find lots of links.

Also this is a subject that comes up many many times on this site.

Not everybody has access to a company scheme, most company schemes have the option of adding a spouse mid term. But not all. Down to how the Employer has set it up.
