k1 i94 K1 - Need the I-94 paper form on hand?

I'm confused if I need my beneficiary paper Form I-94 to add to the K1 visa paperwork or not.

Over the past month, I've been contacting via email to U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) and how to obtain and receive the paper Form I-94 but the reply are not very helpful and the site is confusing me so I can't find what I really need. I tried to call them on the phone but I eventually kept going around in the redirect from robot operating so I can't get a hold of anyone to talk to.

My Fiance more likely has the electronically issued # from the CBP. Otherwise, I would've probably had the paper if I found it. Meanwhile, we went to the CBP site and got the information. I'm not sure if the paper form is needed or not though.

I hope to hear back from someone who can help me out with this. I know I have a long way to go, I wished I went through this papers a month ago from when I got started on it but now it's time to make up for the delayed process.

How would I know? I don't know much so I need every little detail as possible.

The question should be: why do you think you need a paper form of the I-94? Who's requesting it?

Because everyone use the form they print from their online i94 account and it's enough...

I saw the instruction for form F-129 and it mentioned:

Record, provide the Form I-94 number and date that your beneficiary’s authorized period of stay expires or expired (as
shown on Form I-94). The Form I-94 number also is known as the Departure Number on some versions of Form I-94.
NOTE: If your beneficiary was admitted to the United States by CBP at an airport or seaport after April 30, 2013, he
or she may have been issued an electronic Form I-94 by CBP, instead of a paper Form I-94. You may visit the CBP
website at www.cbp.gov/i94 to obtain a paper version of an electronic Form I-94. CBP does not charge a fee for this
service. Some travelers admitted to the United States at a land border, airport, or seaport, after April 30, 2013, with
a passport or travel document, who were issued a paper Form I-94 by CBP, may also be able to obtain a replacement
Form I-94 from the CBP website without charge. If your beneficiary’s Form I-94 cannot be obtained from the

A quick question, where would I insert this for proof? Along the Photo's?
