Hey guys I’m in need of some advice. So I just read briefly about something called accrued time of unlawful presence. If I’m correct it basically refers to not filing for AOS in time. I’ve seen sites suggesting people should file for AOS before the 90 day mark.

Me me and my fiancé will be having our wedding around the 85-88 day mark I believe on a weekend and the first possible date to send the paperwork would be the following Monday which would be on or very close to the 90 day mark. Will this be a problem or should we bump the wedding forward and marry at the courthouse and then have a ceremony afterwards? The wedding itself will be within the 90 days, we just don’t wanna file and run into problems because the 90 days expired right after filling

The 90 day requirement applies to getting married within 90 days, not to filing within 90 days.  You are in no danger of accruing unlawful presence as a spouse of a US citizen.  Good luck, congrats in advance.
