Quick question, Intent to Marry

Hello I just have a quick question that needs answered, I did not see it anywhere else. 

 

Since both the Petitioner and the Beneficiary need to both complete an 'Intent to Marry' form to include with the 129f Petitioner's package. Does her's need an authentic ink signature? An original document? Or can she just print it, sign it, scan it and email it to me?

A signed and scanned copy is fine. They stopped issuing RFEs for a wet signature on that years ago.

I know it's off subject but you seem to be knowledgeable. Can the I-134 and supporting bank letter and employment letter be copied and printed on the beneficiaries end? Or do they need to be wet signatures?

The CO is permitted to request a wet signature on the I-134, so I would suggest doing so whenever possible to avoid a 221(g) and delay after the interview.

There are some embassies where the COs are known to accept photocopies, though.
