I'm not sure you understand the concept of "data", since you seem to be applying it in a situation where it doesn't apply...

You probably shouldn’t quote someone unless you have links to back up your argument.  Or so I have been told.

And by the way, you are wrong about Trump.

Haha that is not what you were told. Go back to that other thread and read it again.

I just said you shouldn't quote someone if you aren't going to directly respond to what you are quoting. Like I'm doing now. See? It's not hard.

I really need to find a good laughing emoji...

do you have anything to back up your claim Trump wants safe spaces , because without something to back it up it's just ramblings

Let's see...

Trump wants everyone to "stand for him" (IE - Say nothing negative) - http://time.com/5313452/donald-trump-sit-up-north-korea-kim-jong-un-fox-friends/

Trump wanting to get rid of critics on twitter (IE - Make twitter a "safe space" for him) - https://www.wired.com/story/donald-trump-blocking-on-twitter-unconstitutional/

He suggests taking away credentials to reporters who report negatively about him and his achievements -

(This tweet also represents a common thing he does - Equate "negative press" with "fake press" regardless of whether it is actually fake or not. By equating negative = fake, he is showing that all he wants his praise and to feel safe away from negativity)

Then there are the "leaks" from the White House suggesting that people go out of their way to "avoid upsetting him" with daily briefings:

http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/364844-trump-daily-intel-updates-structured-to-avoid-upsetting-him-report

He may have also suggested jailing reporters to the FBI when they report negatively about him:

http://money.cnn.com/2018/04/20/media/james-comey-trump-jail-journalists/index.html

That was just from a one page google search.

Great job at deflecting.  But it’s ok, we know why.

As for lauging, there are several.   :jest:  :D  :dancing:

Oh I can't seem to find the one on the floor laughing. I like that one.

Again - Read what I said in the thread you are referencing. I was specifically talking about quoting and then not actually directly addressing what you are quoting. That isn't a deflection. That's a fake. Right now we are doing it appropriately. We are talking about the content that we are quoting.

Previously, you quoted me asking for a source, and then went on a rant that did not mention or include a source. That didn't require you quoting me, since it wasn't directly related to my comment.

I don't want to have to right an essay to explain this to you...

I know better than to quote you from above, due to certain sensitivities.

But what I see above is YOUR interpretation to different things, hence the IE’s  (incorrectly spelled, BTW) you had to add to make your point.

Quite the opposite of your opinion, but I don’t think Trump gives a horse’s rump what most people think of him.  He is a very successful and accomplished person regardless of the opinions of the masses, or his haters.

That is exactly what you said. I hope no one is trying to change the context of your original post. We all know not to do that kind of thing.

People claiming anyone wants a "safe space" and is a "snowflake" is always an interpretation.

Find me an example of someone actually out loud saying "I am a snowflake". That terminology is entirely an interpretation. I'm just applying it to someone you don't like it being applied to.

Oh and as to the bolded part - :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: (I found it! Thanks)

Dude, you are slipping.  Keep this up, and you will be sharing a safe space with NB.

As for the emoticons.... maybe you are not seeing the full list.  Try clicking on the smiley face, then the word Emoticons.  Also, you can type them.  The ROFL one is a colon, the letters rofl, then a colon (no spaces).  So...    : rofl :

To be fair, a google search on Trump and safe space comes up with 10 million plus hit's. Seems to be a valid and shared interpretation.

Oh . That isn't a common mistake to me, to be honest. Apologies.

Yes I don't get the full list. It only shows me like 4 rows and doesn't let me scroll, though I'm on a laptop so I don't have a real scroll wheel. But then i typed "f" and the one on the floor came up (presumably due to "floor").

I'd go ahead and quote myself here but I don't think we are allowed to quote from other threads.
