Hi guys just a real quick question. On a rough average, how many days did you guys have to wait for your passport to be returned from the embassy? I just wanted a rough ball park idea to be fair hahaha its been a week tomorrow since I got my approval I know they say a couple of weeks so I'm all good till next week, but then I gotta start getting worried about missing my flight Hahahaha

Hard to specify as even with an approval you could sit in AP for weeks to months while they do final checks. Each embassy is different also on their speeds. Which country is this for? Won't even go into the whole "never buy a ticket until visa in hand" thing.

It's for the UK

Ah not specific on timelines for UK but from my understanding 1-2 weeks is generally the timeline. Hopeully maybe someone recently approved and gotten their visa can share their timeline with you for more accurate details.

You’re looking at about 4-5 days from “issued” status :)

I thought I added this last night but I guess not - I got approved 7th June, CEAC updated to “application received” on the 8th, I went into administrative processing on the 8th also, and I then moved to issued on the 13th. Received email from courier and should be getting my passport back on the 18th. So overall that’s 11 days from interview to passport return (London consulate, UK)
