No Response after marriage based AOS Interview

You have had an interview contact your congressman/ombudsman and push them for more info. I disagree with people here, the current mindset is that USCIS prefers compleing your i485 versus making you wait. We are all waiting for a chance for an interview slot not just randomly after. Long delays after interview mean possibly second interview or NOID which would slow down your entire process. Do not wait one second more, try to push them for an answer so you can fix it.

Also you should have told the IO, I have no EAD does my case look good? Can I get i-551 stamp today? When will I get approval?

They are delaying EADs for lots of people, no way I would assume they will give an EAD to a possible failed interview.

Can I still get an EAD after the Interview as per my understanding after the interview you only get GC

EAD is based on your original filing pending GC which is still pending so yes.

I want to know which one of the 3 methods (i.e A. Call USCIS and ask to speak to tier 2 representative B. Make an infopass appointment C. Submit a service request ) will be the most suitable to be able to explain and better put across the matter of the financial hardship that I am going through

I think all 3 are suitable. You can attempt all 3 concurrently, and if one works faster than the others, cancel the other two. You can put in a service request now and call USCIS now

I share the same opinion as yourself, which is why i am thinking about all this. Whilst the general theme is to wait it out as i am only in the 2nd month post interview, but given my financial situation as i mentioned i have ran out of the waiting option

Our interview went just about alright, I did get a feeling from the IO's attitude that she still had some concerns so in the end I added that; we don't have a lot of joint documentation because we live with her parents ( we took 1. Our joint bank account statement 2. Joint car insurance policy 3. A notarised letter from her parents that we live in their house, attached to the letter was copy of the title deed which showed that her parents are the owners of the property) and USCIS may be used to seeing more joint documents with marriage based AOS applications. IO replied she had seen similar cases before and that was not a problem. The last thing she asked after that was, have we consummated our marriage to which we replied YES, after that i said she can ask bedroom questions if she wants to but she said she has all the information required for now. I assume that concern still remained and i don't know how else can we have tried to address the matter
